Use this form to schedule a FREE screening of the
Unnatural Causes documentary for your small group.

Health Partners and the Asheville Buncombe Institute for Parity Achievement (ABIPA) have a limited number
of copies available for free check out in Buncombe County.

To show a piece of this film, you will need:
+ a TV or projector and a DVD player. The DVD does not play well through a laptop computer.
+ an existing group or organization you are part of that you can show the film to.
+ a minimum of 45 minutes to one hour, depending on the episode you pick to show.
+ a facilitator (you can request a facilitator from our organization or serve as your own facilitator using pieces
       of our tool kit.)
+ to request a film screening at least two weeks in advance. Copies of the documentary will be available on
       a first come, first serve basis.
+ to pick up your reserved film copy within 24 hours before your film screening and return it to Health
       Partners within 24 hours after your event.
