NC Healthcare Help is a new resource connecting people in North Carolina with free and reduced cost healthcare services. Click "Find a Provider" in the navigation bar on the left, then select "Buncombe County" from the drop down menu. Click in any of the boxes that interest you and click "Submit" at the bottom Institute of Medicine.
2-1-1 of WNC is a community information service that links people to health and human services in Buncombe, Henderson, Madison and Transylvania counties. 2-1-1 service is free, confidential and available by phone to speakers of all languages. Trained referral specialists are available to answer your call and identify the right resources for you. Call 2-1-1 (cell phones dial 252-HELP [4357]) anytime. This service is provided by the United Way.
NC Breast Cancer Resource Directory provides North Carolina breast cancer patients, survivors, their families, friends and health care providers with free, comprehensive information, support and resources to help them through the breast cancer experience.
NC Good Health Directoryis a comprehensive directory of affordable, evidence-based wellness resources. This searchable database is organized by county and includes healthcare providers, programs, hospitals, and clinics.
