Dismantling Institutional Racism
Institutions have tremendous ability to either help residents
access goods and services or to create barriers that make
accessing resources difficult. Many organizations often
unintentionally perpetuate privilege and oppression through
their organizational culture and structure.

Racism is not a force of nature  - it is
created and perpetuated by and through
people and institutions.  If racism can be
created, it can also be dismantled.
