is a non-profit organization
serving Buncombe County,
North Carolina.
We are governed by a
Board of Directors and
have Action Teams that
are open to all interested community members.

Health Partners is a certified Healthy Carolinians Task Force.
Vision
Health Partners sees our community achieving better health for all the people of Buncombe County
through education, prevention and intervention, and better coordination of health care and related services.
Mission
Health Partners' mission is to serve as Buncombe County's unifying organization that promotes, supports
and facilitates collaboration among those who desire to improve our community’s health.
